PERMISSIONS FOR CP THEFT

If anyone ever leaves their CP card lying around please let me know if it's ok for Hook to "borrow" it and use some of their CP. Because he would.

So if your character leaves their card lying around somewhere he can find it, let me know! He'll give the card back but anything on it over the cost of 1 candy he would definitely steal. (Gotta leave them some survival CP. Good form.)

Well, Yang doesn't have enough yet but he'll totally steal whatever Georik's got. Noooo problemo with that. How much will he be collecting? (Please leave at least 100,000CP since he's a nice guy and will leave money for candy.)

He may not be Robin Hood and giving CP to people who need it, but he's not going to sentence a man to death if he doesn't have a grudge against him.
